Hi..
There has been a sea change in The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, following the February 2013 Ordinance.
The Managing Committees have been given responsibilities to act as a professionally managed entity. This requires additional skills sets for which the Government of Maharashtra will organize special trainings for the managing committees and the members of the societies. This in itself is a big challenge. It remains to be seen as to how this will be organized considering the thousands of societies in Mumbai Itself!
Your society along with its members can avail of our special sessions at your campus on nominal fee to get a glimpse of the responsibilities thrust upon the managing committees and the members at large.
Come and enjoy with us in being a part of the co-operation movement that sets aside Maharashtra from the rest of the world!
